American Indian Design

Program Description
Your students will delve into American Indian culture through the investigation of American Indian artifacts. Together they will examine primitive ceremonial and decorative art pieces created by the Plains Indians, including woven items, moccasins and beadwork. Using these handcrafted items, students will study the elements of art and principles of design common in these American Indian art
