This is a West African Dance Workshop to experience traditional dances from the Nigeria. The instructor will take you through the traditional dance and music from the western part of Nigeria. $10 admission fee
When we talk about dance, especially in Nigeria, dances teach social patterns and values and help people work, mature, praise or criticize members of the community while celebrating festivals and funerals, competing, reciting history, proverbs and poetry.
