Tired of your kids sitting in front of the TV all summer? Looking for ways to get your child to put down their tablet? Art Start is a new family engagement program that uses educational pedagogy and good old fashioned fun to help children bond with their parents in a way that is technology-free! Join us for ideas to keep your kids engaged and actively learning during their summer vacations. June’s theme is Dance & Movement, July’s theme is Theater & Creative Play, and August’s theme is Visual Art.
This program is geared towards families with preschool aged children, but all siblings are welcome. $1 registration fee is PER FAMILY (due to space, maximum 7 people per family).
Families who attend all 3 Art Start Programs (June 15th, July 20th, & August 17th) will receive a FREE ticket to any upcoming MEC show (value $10)
