Mar 07 - 08 2016
BAC (Black American Cinema) in March

BAC presents, SISTERS IN CINEMA, 3/7/16 Clifton Library & 3/8/16 St. Bernard Branch.

BAC is back to it’s regular screening times & dates in March.

The Ides of March are upon us with this month’s BAC screening, SISTERS IN CINEMA, outstanding documentary about Black women in film by Yvonne Welbon. ‘Sistah’s have been doing it for themselves’ for a very, very long time.

So…March 7 (Clifton Library), March 8 (St. Bernard Branch).

Great film which “creates a strong visual history of the contributions of African American women to the film industry.”
