A dramatic story about a woman who disguises herself as a man in order to get a job at a jail where her husband is being held as a political prisoner.

Fidelio is a dramatic story about a woman who disguises herself as a man in order to get a job at a jail where her husband is being held as a political prisoner.

The only opera by Ludwig van Beethoven, performed in honor of his 250th birthday.

Presented in collaboration with Amnesty International and the Ohio Innocence Project. There will be a presentation and discussion on criminal justice reform one hour before each performance.

Will full orchestral accompaniment, conducted by Isaac Selya. At the Finneytown Performing Arts Center:

Terrace seating is used only for overflow, and will become available for sale only if the orchestra level fills up close to the performance dates.
