Get your hands dirty with Core Clay’s ceramics workshop, inspired by the porcelain vases displayed in the Taft Museum of Art’s special bicentennial exhibition In a New Light. Participants will learn how to create their own slab-built vase. Core Clay will fire and glaze the vases and participants will be contacted within a few weeks after the workshop to pick up the finished pieces. This workshop will take place off-site at Core Clay’s Norwood studio, 3846 Montgomery Road, Norwood, OH 45212.
