"Catching the Sun"

Presented by Kentucky Symphony Orchestra at Devou Park Amphitheater, Covington KY

Aug 06 2016

The Kentucky Symphony Orchestra continues a nearly 80-year tradition of fun, family-gatherings at the concert bowl in Covington’s Devou Park. The KSO began its annual summer series of concerts in 1995.

Smooth and crossover jazz from the 1970s and 80s had a feel good vibe that became a sort of soundtrack for the times. The KSO’s musical  archeologist digs to unearth gems by Chuck Mangione, Spyro Gyra, Eumir Deodato and Chick Corea.
