The Cincinnati Community Orchestra
CCO October Season Opener Celebrates Local Heroes.
The Cincinnati Community Orchestra presents its first concert of the 2022-23 season on Saturday, October 22, at 7:30 pm. “The Dream of a Soldier” by Cincinnati musician and educator Edward Santoro will start the program, followed by Glière’s Horn Concerto, featuring Douglas Jones, long-time member of the CCO horn section. To close the concert, Joseph Galyon (Music Director of Church of the Saviour Methodist) joins the orchestra for Saint-Saëns’ magnificent “Organ” Symphony.
