Color in Decline | Underfoot

Presented by Kennedy Heights Arts Center at Kennedy Heights Arts Center, Cincinnati OH

Jan 19 2019
Color in Decline | Underfoot

Cincinnati photographer Michael E. Keating displays photographs from two ongoing projects which reflect the passage of time on structures, objects and landscapes impacted by forces natural and otherwise.

The public is invited to a free Opening Reception for Color in Decline | Underfoot with light refreshments. The exhibition continues through February 23, 2019. Sponsored by the Clyde N. Day Foundation.

Keating worked as a photographer for The Cincinnati Enquirer from 1979 to 2012, and is presently a Co-trustee of the Clyde N. Day Foundation in Newport, Kentucky. In 2013, he published a book of his photography entitled Cincinnati Shadow and Light.

Keating is a partner in The Hoosier Hardwood Photo Project documenting Indiana High School Gymnasiums. Photographs from that project are part of a permanent display at the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame.
