Dancing to Blissful Poetry – Free Performance Sponsored by Ohio Arts Council

As part of the Ohio Arts Council Traditional Arts Apprenticeship grant award, Nishita will be performing a thematic show, Dancing to the Blissful Poetry. Nishita celebrates the 14th century poetry and compositions which are still relevant and popular. Nishita will be performing these dances in Folk, Kuchipudi and Bharata Natyam dance styles. Each dance tell the heritage stories and being inclusive of everyone regardless of their social status.
Light refreshments will be served after the event.
