Join chef JoEllen and travel to Provence with this dinner of three classic French dishes that are surprisingly easy to prepare. Poulet au Vinaigre, a savory and brightly-balanced preparation for everyday chicken, a Garden Potato Salad perfect for the fall, and a caramelized onion baked tian and crusty bread with all the flavor of zucchini and tomatoes. Served with a crisp white wine and a dessert of rustic Apple Galette for an unforgettable taste of France! Class is for ages 21+ Wine will be served. You will work in pairs.
