CCAC and Cincinnati Parks invite you to be inspired by the Woods, by the architecture and by the history of both at the Golden Ticket 2018 Juried Artist Exhibition.
The Golden Ticket is back, this time with a new venue and a twist. The 9th annual juried exhibition will be held at the Trailside Nature Center at Burnet Woods. Cincinnati Parks and CCAC invite you to be inspired by the Woods, by the architecture and by the history of both! The Trailside Nature Center was completed in 1939, a collaborative project between the PWA and the CCC, designed by Carl Freund, and inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Works submitted and juried into the exhibition respond to nature, to human’s relationship with nature, and/or the park or its included architecture.
Exhibited artists include: Alan Brown, Greg Buening, Jeff Casto, Jan Brown Checco, Lisa Hueil Conner, Melissa Culyer, Pamela Dwertman, Tim Freeman, John Humphries, Andrea Kay, Debra Kopena, Lou Kroner, Dana Kuhnline, John Lanzador, William W. Linthicum, Tom Lohre, Alleen Manning, Sean T. Mullaney, Debora C. Myles, Susan Clore Namei, Grace D. Sferra, and Carol S. Wright.
