Join a free community party to celebrate the birthday of Harriet Beecher Stowe, anti-slavery author and activist who called Cincinnati home for 18 years as a young teacher, writer, mother, and abolitionist before the Civil War.
Come “meet” Harriet, check out the House’s ongoing historic restoration, enjoy outdoor live music and refreshments, play 19th century lawn games, and explore our outdoor exhibit.
