Homeschool Days @ BCM: Life of an Artist on the River: Harlan Hubbard

Learn about this Kentucky artist who lived a Spartan life with his wife Anna along the Ohio River while writing, playing music and creating art.

Homeschool students and their parents will learn about Harlan Hubbard, a famous Kentucky artist who lived a Spartan life with his wife Anna along the Ohio River while writing, playing music and creating art. They will also view examples of Hubbard’s work on display at the museum and make a small painting of their own to take home. Designed for students in grades two through five.

ADMISSION INFO

Admission free for BCM members plus a $3 craft fee per student. For non-members, admission is $5 plus a $3 craft fee per student. Preregistration required by April 7. Call 859-491-4003 with a credit card number to reserve your spot. Free parking.
