Students of all skill levels will learn the basics of dance improv while experiencing creative expression.
This MamLuft&Co. Dance class with introduce the basics of dance improvisation and welcomes all levels of movers. Students will be challenged both physically and mentally in a practice that develops physical awareness and celebrates individuality. Creative expression will be fostered within a safe, judgement free, and accepting learning atmosphere. By the end of the course, students will have a broader movement vocabulary and inherent ability to problem solve, both of which they may put into practice in other dance classes and their daily lives.
