Learn the quilting process and complete your own small quilt project! In this class, you’ll learn how to choose fabrics, follow a quilting pattern, cut fabric, piece a top, make a quilt sandwich, quilt your sandwich and bind.
Designed for someone who has used their sewing machine (or has basic hand sewing experience), but has never made a quilted project, this class will walk you through the quilting process from fabric selection to binding. When class is over, you will have completed a small quilt project, and know how to choose fabrics, follow a quilting pattern, cut fabric, piece a top, make a quilt sandwich, quilt your sandwich on a traditional sewing machine (or by hand), and bind! CANCELLATION POLICY: Tuition is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another course if the student withdraws at least five days prior to the beginning of the course.
