Call for Plein Air Artists! Come paint Mariemont on Oct. 16 & 17, enter your artwork for judging and awards, and exhibit your “wet paint” the night of Oct. 17.
Call for artists! “Plein Air” artists are invited to come and paint in the picturesque Village of Mariemont, win fabulous prizes, and sell some “wet paint” at the exhibit at The Barn (Woman’s Art Club Cultural Center). Lovely settings, quaint village architecture, walking trails and overlooks are abundant within the borders of the village, a National Historic Landmark. Artists can pre-register online for a discount, or register the mornings of the paint-outs (Oct. 16 & 17 from 8:30 to 10:30am). The finished, framed works will be hung for judging, cash awards and purchase, with commission benefiting continued operation of “The Barn”. The public is invited to the Barn for the Evening Reception & Sale on Saturday Oct. 17, 7 – 10pm; admission is free.

The times given are for registration and stamping of surfaces. Painters may paint until it's dark. Painting may take place one or both days, with available dropoff times for each day.

PARKING INFO
Parking is available in the West gravel lot and in the courtyard at the front of the building. The facility can accommodate up to 40 cars on-site; parking on the street is also available.
