Mariemont Players presents Radium Girls, a drama by D W Gregory, at the Walton Creek Theater, 4101 Walton Creek Road (just east of Mariemont), January 8th through January 24th, 2016.
Inspired by a true story, Radium Girls tells of the girls who painted radium numerals on the watches to make them glow in the dark at a time when few realized how dangerous radioactivity could be. Written with warmth & humor, Radium Girls has been hailed by critics as a powerful and engrossing play.
Radium Girls is directed by Dee Anne Bryll, produced by Tom & Nancy Ann Storey, and features the talents of Laura Berkemeier, Merritt Beischel, Allison Pemberton, Karen Weibe, Bett Kooris, Amy Stier, Rilla Foster, Jef Brown, Wayne Kirsch, Joshua Broughton, Patrick Kramer, Joel Lind, Rich Setterberg, and John Langely.
