Oṃ Shri Gaṇeśāya Namaḥ – An online (by invite only) heritage dance drama performance by our dance company members to our friends and families here and around the world to celebrate the auspicious Ganesh Chaturdi (Arrival) with the beautiful dances in Kuchipudi and Bharata Natyam styles and stories.
Oṃ Shri Gaṇeśāya Namaḥ dance drama traditionally celebrates the arrival of Ganesha to earth from Kailash Parvat (Himalayas) with his mother, Parvati. The earliest mention of the word Ganapati is found in hymn of the 2nd-millennium BCE Rigveda.
