Once Upon A Symphony: CSO Young People's Concerts

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra presents educational, interactive and entertaining Young People’s Concert field trips for students, teachers, and homeschool families.

Discover the many ways music can tell a story and spark imaginations! In this concert students will meet the orchestra through exciting and expressive stories told in music. The woodwind instruments are the main characters in this performance, highlighted by musical selections from William Tell Overture, Scheherazade, Ravel’s Mother Goose Suite, and more! Once Upon A Symphony is recommended for children in Grades K-3.

This concert includes an accompanying Curriculum Guide with standards-based lesson plans for music specialists and classroom teachers. More information at cincinnatisymphony.org/youngpeople
