Join Cincinnati Opera’s young professionals group, Center Stage, for a free session of mindfulness, music, and movement!

Join Cincinnati Center Stage and fellow young professionals for a session of mindfulness, music, and movement! Opera & Yoga will utilize the beauty of operatic music to help participants achieve mindfulness during their practice. Live opera performances will be woven throughout an all-levels class led by Suzie Nagy as we explore the role of breath in both opera and yoga.

Please bring a yoga mat and towel.
