More than 50 hand-pulled original prints will be on display at The Annex Gallery adjacent to the Pendleton Art Center during May and June 2022.
This annual printmaking exhibition features work by the members of Tiger Lily Press, a fine art printmaking studio that for forty-plus years has been a locus for artists to make prints, learn about printmaking, and connect with other artists and printers. The studio offers members a specialized studio that supports artists in realizing their creative work.
Participating artists include: Jennifer Baldwin, Stephanie Berrie, James Billiter, Beth Brann, Fred Daniell, D.R. Danielsson, Joan Effertz, Louann Elliott, Rick Finn, Sheila Lynn Fleischer, Amy Foltz, Maureen George, Saad Ghosn, Dawn Grayford, Ann Marie Herrera, James Hubbard, Aaron Kent, Eric Klopfenstein, Andrea Knarr, Bill Magness, Susan Naylor, Kathleen Piercefield, Ron Prigat, Margaret Rhein, Jonpaul Smith, Vanessa Sorensen, Diane Stemper, Jan Thomas, Nancy Turner, Carole Winters, and Nora Young.
A reception, free and open to the public, will be held on June 4 from 4-6 p.m. An artists’ walk-through event will take place June 18 from 1-3 p.m. Several artists with work in the exhibition will talk briefly about their piece in the show. Afterwards, there will be a question-and-answer period along with causal conversation. The public is welcome and encouraged to attend both events.
