Instructor | Amanda Joy Phirman
$47/members, $57/non-members
Sgraffito — meaning “to scratch” in Italian — has been used in pottery since as early as the 10th century to create patterns and unique imagery on clay surfaces. In this workshop, students will make their own ceramic wall pocket while learning how to use the sgraffito technique. Explore adding color and carving into clay to reveal an image or pattern. Beginners and experienced potters are welcome! All supplies included.
