Presented by Women Writing for (a) Change at Women Writing for (a) Change, Cincinnati OH

Jul 16 - 20 2018
Summer Camp for Girls (Grades 4-6) - Half Day: Making Footprints that Last

Our half-day camp for girls will use writing, art, movement, and crafting to create footprints that last a lifetime.

“You can never leave footprints that last if you are always walking on tiptoe.” ~Leymah Gbowee

Our half-day camp for girls will use writing, art, movement, and crafting to create footprints that last a lifetime.  We will experience positive ways to use writing to voice what is uniquely inside of us. As we listen and share with each other, without judgement, we will create a supportive community and experience its strength.

All camps for girls, teens, and young women use the art of writing and other modes of artistic expression to enhance self-esteem and build skills in creative self-expression. Programs are designed to help strengthen girls’ authentic voices, develop their ability to speak out through writing and direct interaction, and deepen their belief in their own creative intelligence.

ADMISSION INFO

Tuition for our Half-Day Summer Camps is $155. Payment in full is required at the time of registration. Tuition is non-refundable, though partial credits may be considered if student withdraws at least 2 weeks before camp begins.
