This Tai Chi class will go through the basics steps and poses in Tai Chi.
Learn from the best! Sensei Jeff Moran has been teaching Tai Chi for over 25 years. Sensei Jeff is a lifetime member of PKC Tajuwuka Kai-Do Kemp and 3rd Dan Belt. He was inducted into Sokeship Warriors Council Hall of Champions for a lifetime of dedication to Martial Arts.
This Tai Chi class will go through the basics steps and poses in Tai Chi. Classes consist of 20 – 30 minute warm-ups and then move into mind-body practice. Students will learn the meditative quality and health benefits of Tai Chi.
Tai Chi will take place on Wednesdays for 6-week sessions from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm at ArtsConnect Springfield Township Arts Center, 9158 Winton Rd, Building A, behind the fire station. Register for a 6-week session for $100 or come when you can and pay a drop-in fee of $20 the day of class.
