Four emerging, Black artists present diverse installations exploring different ways to experience art
Artists Phillip Dowdy, Ke’Monte’ Figgs, Skye High, and Adoria Maxberry presenting engaging works in painting, photography, video, fiber and mixed media that blur the lines between art and observer.
The public is invited to an opening reception with light refreshments on Saturday, July 31, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Unconventional will be on view through August 28, and additional programing including art making workshops and photography sessions are being scheduled.
