Women's Suffrage, Rights, Power -A Panel Discussion -Diverse Voices

25 days to election. This is a call to women and people of all ethnicities to make their voices heard!

Unique times call for Unique Programming!

NSPA lends its platform that celebrates diversity in dance to celebrate the POWER of HER.  A powerful panel of men and women who believe in the POWER of HER.

The platform educates the public about the history of the suffrage movement by sharing snippets of information over the next few months. Register. Join us on FaceBook on our page World Dance Day.

The platform has planned multiple webinars on topics related to artists, suffrage and discovering one’s voice. Become a member and stay tuned…

We will also share works from other artists on the subject of suffrage.  So if you have a piece of art in any medium, please let us know and we would love to celebrate and share with you.

Background about World Dance Cincinnati

Led by NSPA Founder and member of the UNESCO Council for international Dance, Anupa Mirle, World Dance Cincinnati is an annual project designed to share the beauty and importance of dance in all its forms from around the globe and to build connections between different cultural communities throughout the Cincinnati metro area.  Through World Dance Cincinnati, audiences are invited to explore new and possibly unfamiliar dance forms, particularly those representing non-western and European cultures.  Past WDC events have brought over 200 artists representing 16 different countries onto a single stage, powerfully demonstrating the unifying properties of dance and the arts.

Although NSPA hosts this project, it is critical that diversity be represented in the envisioning and planning of the events throughout the celebration.

THEME FOR 2020

WOMEN’S SUFFRAGE NSPA presents Women’s Suffrage through dance movement and art. How do we reach across? This is what we have planned and invite performers. For those who are local to Greater Cincinnati, we can provide our studio as the space to record new works if that is helpful.
