Enjoy The Arts joined the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra for its Silver Anniversary. More than 4,500 attendees “Straussed Out” at the Devou Park Amphitheater with music, song, and animation, featuring the works of Johan Strauss, and three of his six sons: Eduard, Johann, Jr., and Josef, all born and buried in Vienna.

“When it is nice out, there is no place more conducive for such get-togethers than the KSO’s blend of culture and entertainment,” said KSO Music/Executive Director and Founder J.R. Cassidy.

The City of Covington contributes mightily, managing grounds, awnings, and sound company.

While summer might be over, the KSO has more shows coming up. Check out “Back In My Day,” a historical concert, in October.
