This summer kids will learn they CAN make a difference! With the social awareness theme of litter prevention, kids will work as a group to make an impact by sharing their anti-litter message they design through different forms of art. They will paint their message on trash barrels for public parks, produce a short play and will work with Grammy nominated children’s songwriter, Zak Morgan to create the lyrics of their own group song they will perform on stage at a community concert! It’s a campaign designed and executed 100% by kids.
Campers will be required to pack a lunch for each day. A healthy mid-afternoon snack will be supplied.

Cancellations made and received by ArtsConnect at least 10 business days (Monday thru Friday) prior to the date of the first class session are eligible for a refund, minus a $5 administration fee per session. No refund will be given for class cancellations made or received fewer than 10 business days prior to the first class session, and no pro-rated or other refund will be given for individual sessions which are missed or cancelled by the participant.
