Creative Writing Camp: Designing Your Own Unique World

Program description

Do you love stories set on Mars, in magical worlds with elves and ogres, or in secret underground cities? In this camp, you’ll brainstorm through improvisation games to start designing your own imaginative universe. You will learn techniques for writing dialogue, strong characters, surprising plot twists, and more. By the end of the camp, you’ll have a field guide to your world and at least one short story written, with many ideas on how to move yourself forward as a writer!
