This darkly comic mash-up of Greek myth unfolds in the heart of a labyrinth where Aster the Minotaur contemplates turning 30 in a world that sees him as nothing more than a murderous oddity.
Aster has to navigate the impending arrival of warriors out to kill him, a deceptively enticing chorus of Fates, a plotting sister, and Icarus, a sexually obsessed boy with wings, all while pining to see his estranged Mother.
Steve Yockey, author of 2014’s Pluto and 2016’s The Fisherman’s Wife, uses a wry dry wit, lyric text, and legend to tell a painfully funny and moving story about the families we yearn for versus the families we have.

Guarantee a reserved seat for most of our Mainstage Productions for just a couple bucks more than it would cost to see a 3D Imax Showing of Godzilla. Added bonus: our popcorn is cheaper!
If you’re short on funds, arrive an hour before show time to get on our waiting list. If there’s a seat available 15 minutes before the show starts, we’ll sell you a ticket for $15. Just promise us that if you like the show, you’ll tell fifteen friends.
For the frugally minded who want to plan ahead: you can get a flex pass that allows you to reserve seats for performances at the low-low price of $18.33 a ticket. Such deal! So much wow.
Sometimes we do shows outside of our MainStage programming, usually on the cabaret stage in our bar, the Underground, but sometimes in other locations. And we also present shows by partner organizations on our stage. And each year we bring back some favorite shows from the Fringe to do Encores! Get tickets to those events for $15.

The March 19 matinee will feature a pre-show brunch buffet by Chef Jan of Water Tower Fine Wines. Tickets for the Brunch + Show event are $35 and include admission to the performance plus a pre-show brunch buffet of seasonal treats, including vegetarian and gluten free options.
