Join us for the fourth salon of the 17-18 season, on the topic of Chocolate: learn all there is to know about chocolate from Lisa Cooper-Holmes, the Proprietor, Queen, and Choco Boss of Haute Chocolate in downtown Montgomery, OH.  From the origin and history to correctly tempering and storing to ensure your sweets stay sweet, Lisa will also guide us through the preparation and making of a springtime treat: chocolate, of course!
