WinterFest has been a family tradition of Springfield Township dating back to 1998. The 2017 WinterFest event will mark ArtsConnect’s 5 year anniversary and the list of activities packed into this single day event will mark one big celebration!
The event has evolved over the years, and when residents were asked to reimagine WinterFest, they thought to add a parade, winter village, around the clock entertainment, a Charley Harper gift shop, petting zoo... and so much s'more! Donations will be collected at the entry point of the event. Canned and boxed foods benefit school food pantries. Coats will be taken to St Vincent DePaul. Toys will help families in need who live in Springfield Township. Cash donations offset the costs of running the WinterFest event.

A community-wide parade along Winton Road will kick off the celebration at noon. The parade will end at the Springfield Township Civic Center, 9150 Winton Road, to begin the festivities on the campus behind the Civic Center. Events will take place on the grounds at the winter village and in the Grove Banquet and Event Center (back of campus).
