Contemporary Quilt and Fiber Artist:

Contemporary Quilt and Fiber Artist: "What Speaks to Me"

Presented by Woman's Art Club of Cincinnati Foundation at The Barn (Woman's Art Club Cultural Center)

This group nurtures and inspires the creativity of their members by sharing our knowledge and skills, and by offering a variety of educational and exhibition opportunities.

This diverse group of local artists was formed in 1991 to nurture interest in quilting and other fiber arts, predominately art quilters and mixed media fiber artists, but also weaving, doll-making, rug hooking, fabric dyeing, knitting and crocheting in art form. Their talented members have participated in regional, national and international competitions and exhibitions over the years. This group holds monthly meetings at the Barn on the second Monday evening of the month. This exhibit is a sampling of the type of work our members create, and all works are original.  You will take away an understanding of quilting as a fine art medium.  All works are original.
