Cincinnati Ballet: A Day in the Life of a Professional Dancer

Presented by Cincinnati Ballet at the Arts Center at Dunham

Dancers from the prestigious Cincinnati Ballet will provide an exciting peek into the typical day in the life of professional dancers. Audience members will learn the fundamentals of the art of ballet and gain an understanding of the discipline and athleticism required for a professional career in ballet. A dance demonstration with audience participation and a question and answer discussion are included.  Recommended for all ages!

Note: Interpreters from Cincinnati State's Sign Language program will provide services for hearing impaired attendees.

FREE EVENT. FREE PARKING.

Although this is a FREE event, please register to guarantee admission as our theater has a capacity of 250. The facility opens one hour prior to show time for each event in the "FREE Family Fun Series". Seating is general admission, so plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to curtain for the best seating selection. 

Patrons with reservations will be seated prior to walk-ins if we are close to capacity. Seating will be held for all with reservations until 15 minutes prior to curtain. Unclaimed reservations will be released for walk-in patrons at that time.

This historic venue is not wheelchair accessible.
Attendees must be able to navigate 2 short flights of stairs, both with handrails. There are 3-4 steps from the outside to the Box Office/Lower Lobby and another 6 from that level to the theater level.  Patrons with difficulty walking longer distances, or on uneven surfaces, can be dropped off by the walkway to the front entrance of the facility.
