Reporter Nellie Bly was committed to Blackwell Island Insane Asylum as an exposé for the New York World. Once committed, however, she became trapped in the asylum. Join us as we examine madness, cruelty, and the ways in which women have been stripped of their voices for over a century.

InBocca Performance aims to produce collaborative, bleeding edge theatre within and for our community that will ask you to #getdefiant.
