You will learn basic dance steps while being cued and you will sweat! We will sculpt our arms, legs, and abs using a variety of techniques. No formal dance training is required. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own yoga mat or towel. Tennis, ballet, jazz shoes, or even bare feet are welcome. YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE!
