Zumba Cardio with Ms Jeaunita Olowe
Come dance those pounds away with Ms J using Afro Cardio and music from the Caribbean, South America, and African regions! We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba brings to the dance-floor. Zumba Step increase cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs. Since you'll burn an average of 369 calories in one class, it's also an ideal way of aiding in weight loss or maintenance.
