CANCELED: Rusalka

CANCELED: Rusalka

Presented by Cincinnati Opera at Music Hall

She came from the water, a creature as beautiful and mysterious as the lake she called home. Desperately in love with a mortal prince, Rusalka wanted nothing more than to become human and live her happily-ever-after... but at what cost?
For the first time in Cincinnati Opera history, we present Dvořák’s beautiful and tragic fairy tale based on Hans Christian Andersen’s The Little Mermaid. Our “otherworldly” production (Bachtrack) and the world-renowned Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra bring a luxurious score to life, including the heartbreaking “Song to the Moon.”
