As the community comes together now through the end of April to raise money for the arts, join us as we present POWER OF HER Day, with support from Macy’s. At the Clifton Cultural Arts Center, you'll experience felting crafts, West African dance, book upcycling, paint pouring, a dance workshop and more hands-on activities!

Seminar Room: Let your inner god or goddess shine! Artist Kelli Gleiner will share felting basics, then styale and decorate your own felted figures to embody your own individual powers in the "Felt Your Inner Venus" felting workshop.
11:30 a.m.
First Floor: Learn about traditional garments worn sabar, then create your own! Once dressed, practice a few West African dance moves and then dance together.
Seminar Room: The Cincinnati Meeting Tree gives a micro guided version of "Renew: An Altered Book Project" offers the opportunity to upcycle a tiny book into a piece of art.
1 p.m.
Lower Level: Time to put on your creativity hat! Staff from the Corryville Public Library will lead an hour of hands-on activities celebrating female historical figures.
2 p.m.
Seminar Room: Discover the addicting, fascinatingly beautiful art of acrylic pouring. Learn to paint your own abstract art without a brush and create your own original masterpiece.
3:15 p.m.
First Floor: Calling movers of all ages! Slide, shimmy, stretch and shake with a multicultural flair. Experience the joy of movement and community.
