[CANCELED] OTR Arts Day at Rookwood Pottery

Presented by ArtsWave and Rookwood Pottery at Rookwood Pottery Factory & Showroom

As the community comes together now through the end of April to raise money for the arts, join us as we present OTR Arts Day, with support from Macy’s. Experience a behind-the-scenes tour and more when you stop by Rookwood Pottery!

From tableware to tile, Rookwood embodies the perfect harmony of exquisite color, unique form and eye-catching design to bring functional works of art into your world.

Founded in 1880 by Maria Longworth Storer, Rookwood Pottery was the first large American manufacturer instituted and owned by a woman. Based in Cincinnati, Rookwood became world-renowned, particularly after winning a gold medal at the 1889 Paris World’s Fair. Rookwood’s art pieces are viewed in museums by millions each year and tiles adorn important historical architectural settings including Grand Central Station and the Seelbach Hotel. Today, Rookwood is proud to continue the legacy of being female-owned and to holds true to their notoriety of impeccable design and handcraftsmanship.
