Inspired by the new growth and greenery of Spring, this introductory acrylic painting course will focus on floral still lives and botanical art.  Bring images of your favorite plants and flowers, or gather inspiration from provided images as we plan and create a series of three paintings over this 6 week course.  We will discuss underdrawing and sketching, touch on basic color theory and color mixing, and introduce a multitude of brush stroke techniques to complete your artworks.  All supplies and materials provided.  No painting experience necessary - all skill levels welcome!
