Join us to celebrate the most wonderful festival Diwali with beautiful dance, stories and music to get into the spirit of it. Diwali is the ancient (second half of the 1st millennium CE) festival of lights, one of the most popular festivals which symbolizes the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. In the lead-up to Diwali, celebrants prepare by cleaning, renovating, and decorating their homes and workplaces with diyas (oil lamps) and rangoli (designs made with color powders and flowers). During the Diwali people light fireworks, and partake in family feasts, where mithai (sweets) and gifts are shared. Join us in the celebrations of Diwali.
