Atmospheric string classics for All-Hallows Eve. The program will take place in a huge warehouse, the perfect venue for safe social distancing. The KSO string section opens the orchestra’s 29th season with brooding fatalism and menace.
Experience the virtual painting by Geff Strik, of Verklärte Nacht (transfigured night) inspired by Richard Dehmel’s poem and Arnold Schoenberg’s tone poem of the same title, as it is projected above the orchestra, combining visual and musical art.
