After a short guided session to connect breath, body and mind, we'll dive into a writing to explore the unique "inner weather" that arises from prompts relating to environmental justice. Stormy or calm, blustery or hopeful, icy or scorching—we'll paint with words. Sharing is encouraged, and always optional. Led by Elaine Olund, ages 12-18.
