At the Art Academy of Cincinnati, teens can strengthen their portfolio, prepare for college, or just express their creative voice in an inclusive and diverse community.
Working from still life, photographs, and their own imaginations, students will explore line, form, color, and composition as they relate to representational and abstract painting. Multiple painting mediums and techniques will be surveyed throughout the week?s projects. Emphasis is placed on developing technical skills and pursuing a personal, creative approach.
Classes are held in Morning Sessions (9am-12pm) or Afternoon Sessions (1-4pm). Students can take one class a week for $160, or take two classes a week for $275 total!
