At the Art Academy of Cincinnati, teens can strengthen their portfolio, prepare for college, or just express their creative voice in an inclusive and diverse community.
This course introduces students to the materials and techniques of traditional illustration, exploring the concepts of narrative art through realism and abstraction. Students will create unique portraits, illustrate stylized still-life pieces and explore anthropomorphism while working on projects that dive into character development and illustrative detailing.
Classes are held in Morning Sessions (9am-12pm) or Afternoon Sessions (1-4pm). Students can take one class a week for $160, or take two classes a week for $275 total!
