Thursdays, September 2 - September 30 6pm-7pm at the Pyramid House.
Welcome to all fitness levels.
Ages 12 and up.
Please Bring: A yoga mat and/or beach towel & water bottle.
Dress in comfy clothes that you can easily move and stretch in.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to each workshop.
In case of rain, workshops will be held inside the Pyramid House.
