From the Supermoon to the Mars Rover and the origin stories of the constellations, the heavens have inspired our imaginations to create music, art, and poetry from ancient times to today! Join us at the NKU Planetarium and Observatory to learn how looking to the stars can help you put things in perspective on Earth.

Visit the Observatory and peer through the telescope to safely look at the sun! Relax under the stars with NKU’s Wellness Director Kim Baker and then discover how the stories of the constellations continue to fascinate us. You’ll also enjoy music from the NKU Chamber Music String Ensembles for a truly out-of-this-world experience.
