Learn from the best! Sensei Jeff Moran has been teaching Tai Chi for over 25 years. Sensei Jeff is a lifetime member of PKC Tajuwuka Kai-Do Kemp and 3rd Dan Belt. He was inducted into Sokeship Warriors Council Hall of Champions for a lifetime of dedication to Martial Arts.

This Tai Chi class will go through the basics steps and poses in Tai Chi. Classes consist of 20 - 30 minute warm-ups and then move into mind-body practice. Students will learn the meditative quality and health benefits of Tai Chi.

Tai Chi will take place on Wednesdays for 6-week sessions from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at ArtsConnect Springfield Township Arts Center, 9158 Winton Rd, Building A, behind the fire station.  Register for a 6-week session for $100 or come when you can and pay a drop-in fee of $20 the day of class.
